Responsibilities:

  • Undertake technical planning and preparation, including analysis of requirements, proposing solutions, and conducting risk assessments.
  • Ensure the team has the right skills, processes, and tools to deliver and meet business goals consistently.
  • Manage and mentor technical specialists, providing guidance and support while ensuring work is distributed efficiently among team members.
  • Communicate effectively, gathering information, providing status reports, and offering recommendations to resolve issues and promote effective teamwork.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working in technical teams in a client service capacity, preferably in SaaS, Web Development, or a similar domain.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and global environment, managing tight deadlines, multi-site teams, and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptable and proactive in analyzing and responding to new and changing scenarios.
  • Demonstrated experience in organizational team management, scheduling, and issue resolution.

Tech-Stack:

  • Significant experience in developing robust applications using JavaScript, Typescript, Node.js, and either Heroku or AWS.
  • Proficiency in Node.js, preferably with NestJS, for building high-performance applications.
  • Ability to handle significant traffic volume efficiently, catering to millions of users.
  • Familiarity with modern cloud architectures, preferably on AWS and/or Heroku platforms.
